The San Antonio Spurs and Portland Trail Blazers tip off their Western Conference Semifinal series on Tuesday in San Antonio (9:30 ET, TNT) in a matchup of the No. 1 and No. 5 seeds in the West. The Spurs posted an NBA-best 62 wins this season, but split its four games with the Blazers. San Antonio was pushed to seven games by the Dallas Mavericks in the opening round, while the Blazers knocked off the Houston Rockets in six games thanks to Damian Lillard's buzzer-beating series-clincher, the first of its kind since 1997.
