LeBron James vs. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist

Though Kidd-Gilchrist and the Bobcats as a whole have been stingy on the defensive end this season (sixth in the league in defensive efficiency at 101.2 points per 100 possessions), James was able to get to wherever he wanted on the court and took 30 shots in just 23 minutes of half court matchup time against Kidd-Gilchrist in the four games Miami met Charlotte.

Charlotte failed to penetrate the ball into the teeth of the defense the way Miami was able to, due in large part to the passivity of the Bobcats' PGs. While Cole and Chalmers combined for 30 drives, Sessions and Walker contributed just 13 in the four games.
